getting started

register an account

to register an account, simply click register in the top right corner of our home page and fill in your details. you can also choose to customise your profile with a photo and nickname, letting you identify yourself on our digital leaderboard.

buy credits

visit our ‘buy credits’ page and choose from our range of credit offers. for first timer’s we recommend our intro pack which gives you two credits for the price of one, and opportunity to try out both of our class offerings. once you’ve got the hang of things, you can choose to either buy credit bundles or make a commitment with one of our 30 day membership deals.

choose your class

we have two incredible class offerings, paceline and nirvana, as well as the best instructors london has to offer. find out more on our class and instructor pages. instructor (quick link imbedded in “instructor”)

what to bring

we use spd cleated shoes on our bikes which we provide on check in, so no need to cart your trainers around all day. bring your favourite gym kit; leggings or shorts and a tshirt and you’ll have all you need.

arrive early

we recommend you arrive 15 minutes before the start of your class, giving you enough time to check in, get changed, and set up your bike safely.

store your stuff

we have keycode lockers in our changing rooms, as well as charging points in our large lockers. just press the clear button, followed by a four digit code and the lock key to lock and open your locker.


if you cancel your booking more than 12 hours before the class starts, we'll return your credit to you in full. if you cancel within 12 hours of the class starting, we'll try our best to give your bike to another rider, and if they take your seat, we'll return your credit - however if we can't fill your seat, you'll lose your credit, so try to cancel with as much notice as possible!

during the class.

set up

our front of house team will remind you on arrival which bike you reserved. once in the studio our team will be on hand to help you set up your bike and ensure you’re in position to get the safest and most beneficial workout.

keep hydrated

water can be purchased at our front desk or alteratively you can bring your own bottle and fill it up at one of our water points.

earn your moves

we’re all about the moves! our signature algarithym is calculated from a combination of data including speed, resistance and watts. the more you put in, the more you get out!

post class

cool down

at the end of the class each instrutor will take you through a comprehensive cool down. this not only prevents riders from inury, but also ensures you don’t feel the ache the next day. we encourage you to stay for this, but if you do have to dash off, we ask you to ensure you stretch as soon as possible after class to avoid injury.

freshen up

we have everything you need to ensure you leave our studio reaping the benefits of that post work out buzz. our waterfall showers, fluffy towels and cowshed products will help you leave the studio feeling prepared for whatever the rest of the day throws at you.
